These terms explain how you may use Jobtins and what you can expect from us. By using jobtins.com or the Jobtins app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Jobtins. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Jobtins is, and what it is not

Jobtins is an online marketplace that helps you find products and services offered by independent businesses that use Reseeti to run their sales.

The businesses are independent. Each business decides what it sells, at what price, and how it serves its customers.
Jobtins is not the seller. We do not own, stock, inspect, sell or deliver the items. We do not take orders or payments.
Your purchase is with the business. When you tap Order, you go to the business's own catalogue on Reseeti and place your order there. The sale is between you and that business, under its terms. We are not a party to it.

2. Using Jobtins

Jobtins is for people aged 18 and over.
It is free to browse, and you do not need an account.
You must not misuse Jobtins. That includes: collecting its content with automated tools at scale; trying to break into it, overload it or interfere with how it works; getting around the limits on reviews; posting unlawful or abusive content; impersonating anyone; or using Jobtins to harass a business or another person.
We may limit or block access for anyone who does these things.

3. Listings, prices and availability

Business names, photos, descriptions, prices, stock and locations come from each business's own catalogue and are refreshed regularly. They can be out of date by the time you look.

The price and availability shown on the business's catalogue page when you order are the ones that count. For anything expensive or urgent, confirm with the business before you pay.
We do not check every listing. Each business is responsible for the accuracy and legality of what it lists.
If you see a listing that looks wrong, misleading or unlawful, tell us through the Contact page and we will look into it.

4. Ordering, payment, delivery and returns

Orders are placed on the business's own Reseeti catalogue, and the business confirms them. Payment options vary by business. Where online payment is offered, it is handled through the business's catalogue and its payment provider, not by Jobtins.
Delivery or pickup, refunds, returns, replacements and warranties are the business's responsibility, under its own policies and Nigerian law. These terms do not reduce your rights as a consumer under Nigerian law.
Shop safely. Pay only through the options shown on the business's catalogue page, or as you have arranged directly with the business. Jobtins will never ask you for a payment, a password, card details or a bank PIN. Check your items when they arrive.
If something goes wrong, contact the business first. If it is not resolved, tell us through the Contact page. We may pass your feedback to the business and, where appropriate, review the business's listing or badges. We do not decide disputes between you and a business. You can also complain to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).

5. Reviews and ratings

Reviews must be based on your own genuine experience. Do not post fake reviews, reviews paid for by a business, or reviews of your own business or a competitor's.
Do not include abuse, hate, defamation, phone numbers, addresses, other personal details or links. Keep reviews to the length allowed.
Reviews are the opinions of customers, not ours. We may approve, hide or remove any review, for example because it breaks these rules or looks like spam. We do not remove a review just because it is negative.
By submitting a review, you confirm it is yours and lawful, and you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on Jobtins.
To protect against abuse, there are limits on how many reviews one person can leave.

6. Badges

Badges, such as Verified Business, are awarded by us at our discretion, using criteria we choose, which may include ratings and review counts. A badge is not a guarantee of quality, safety, legality or service, and we may remove it at any time.

7. For businesses

A business appears on Jobtins only if its owner chooses to list it. By listing, you confirm that:

the information, photos and prices in your catalogue are accurate, and you have the right to use them;
the items and services you offer are lawful, and you hold any licence or approval the law requires to sell them (for example for food, medicines or cosmetics);
you will honour the prices you show, and fulfil orders and treat customers fairly; and
you will not list illegal, counterfeit or stolen goods, weapons, or illegal drugs, or any item you are not licensed to sell.

We may remove a listing or a badge that breaks these terms. You can switch listing off at any time in your Reseeti account. Reseeti's own terms also apply to your use of Reseeti.

8. Partners and links to other sites

Partner names and logos shown on Jobtins belong to their owners. Links to other sites, such as Reseeti, WhatsApp, social media and partners' websites, take you outside Jobtins. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and policies apply.

9. Our content

The Jobtins name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use Jobtins for your own personal use, but you must not copy, resell or collect its content at scale without our permission. Photos and descriptions in listings belong to the businesses that provide them.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Jobtins running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove features at any time.

11. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Beyond that, because Jobtins only helps you find businesses, we are not responsible for the items or services that businesses sell, for their quality, safety or delivery, for how businesses or other users behave, or for payments you make to a business. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for business losses, lost profit or lost data, or for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our own failure to meet these terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make an important change, we will say so on the site. If you keep using Jobtins after a change, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint about Jobtins, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. If we cannot, the courts of Nigeria can decide the matter.
